1. Banners and Placements

The orderalligator.com directory allows, exclusively to Alligator Technology Services’ paying subscribers, opportunities to promote their businesses and drive traffic to their online ordering platforms through clickable banners placed throughout the directory.

2. Weekdays and Weekends

Weekdays are considered to be Sunday to Wednesdays, notwithstanding public holidays, of each week and will be referred to as “Weekday” or “Weekdays” in all calculations, fees, payments or related matters throughout the orderalligator.com directory.

Weekends are considered to be Thursdays to Saturdays of each week and will be referred to as “Weekend” or “Weekends” in all calculations, fees, payments or related matters throughout the orderalligator.com directory.

3. Public Holidays

Any and all public holidays or special events / days will be referred to as “Weekend” or “Weekends” and those rates for advertising shall be applicable, irrespective of the day of each week that the holiday or event falls upon.

4. Graphics and Adverts

The Client is responsible to provide artwork / assets / graphics for its advertising, which is to be sent by email to support@thealligator.app in the correct dimensions and size as outlined above. No animated graphics or any kind will be allowed, and no dimensions or specifications outside of the above-mentioned specifications will be accepted.

Alligator Technology Services reserves the sole right to remove graphics or otherwise terminate agreements with Clients should any material provided be considered to be an infringement of copyright, social values, ethics or any laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, whereby the Client assumes any and all liability, financial or otherwise, for such cases.

Should the Client require graphic design services or assistance with creating graphics, they are welcome to contact the Alligator sales team via WhatsApp on +973 3232 3046 and we shall endeavor to recommend third-party individuals and/or agencies who may be of assistance, whereby Alligator Technology Services assumes no liability whatsoever, financial or otherwise, for any agreements or transactions that the Client may enter into.

5. Visibility and Exclusivity

The orderalligator.com directory is exclusively available to Alligator Clients / Merchants, and Alligator Technology Services reserves the right to include or exclude any merchant at anytime without prior notice. To signup to use the Alligator platform, visit: www.thealligator.app/

6. Booking, Payments and Termination

In order to make a booking for any advertising space on the orderalligator.com directory, please contact our sales team by WhatsApp on +973 3232 3046, or by telephone on +973 1717 4848, or contact our support team on support@thealligator.app and we will endeavor to assist you as best as we can.

Upon making a booking and receiving confirmed go-live dates where your adverts will be displayed on the orderalligator.com directory, you will be required to make the payment in full at the start of the engagement, whereby delays in payment may warrant administrative fees to be determined solely by Alligator Technology Services on a case-by-case basis.

Payments may be made via digital channels only, as per Alligator Technology Services’ policies and systems.

The Client is free to terminate their advertising engagement and/or subscription at anytime, with 1 day notice, sent in writing to Alligator Technology Services as stated in our publicly visible Terms and Conditions.
